We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across major cities and regions in Saudi Arabia through trusted courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery to remote areas may take additional time

  • Fridays and public holidays are not considered business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can pay in cash at the time of receiving their order.

  • Payments are accepted only in Saudi Riyal (SAR)

  • Customers are requested to keep the exact payment amount ready

  • Orders will be considered completed once payment is made to the courier

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact customers via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Orders may be canceled if confirmation cannot be completed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or on minimum order values

Failed Deliveries

Orders may be returned if:

  • the customer is unavailable,

  • an incorrect address is provided,

  • or the customer refuses to accept the order.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refusal may result in additional charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must contact customer support within 24–48 hours of delivery for assistance and resolution.
